This form should be used if you are unable to get into a required course due to an override restriction (e.g. WP sections), an unjustified pre-requisite error, or if you are a non-biology major that needs a specific course to fulfill a degree requirement.*
Before completing this form, you should refer to any course restrictions listed on Classfinder (under each courses' date and time) to verify current course restrictions.
Submitting a request does not guarantee you a place in the class; priority enrollment will be given based on the number of total credits, major requirements, and remaining time to degree completion.

*Do not fill out this form if you are requesting an override for biology research or UTA credits.
